Frey, MBA, CFRE as Senior Managing Consultant. Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise in nonprofit management, fundraising, and strategic planning. 

Sarah's impressive career journey has been marked by her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the communities she serves. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix at Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana.

Frey has become a distinguished nonprofit leader in the Tulsa community, making significant contributions to organizations such as NewView Oklahoma, Philbrook Museum of Art, Sistema Tulsa, Alzheimer’s Association, and Tulsa Opera. In her new role, she will be responsible for serving non-profit and for-profit clients in identifying and pursuing diverse funding opportunities, while also helping them consider and develop new strategies.

Sarah's exceptional written and verbal communication skills, contagious positive attitude, and unparalleled leadership and organizational abilities make her a valuable addition to the SOAR Partners team. Her extensive affiliations, including memberships in Rotary International and CFRE International, underscore her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.

As a testament to her outstanding contributions to the community, Sarah was honored as a recipient of Tulsa's 40-under-40 Award. She is also a co-founder of the Degrees of Geriatrics Community Coalition and a graduate of Leadership Tulsa Class 65.
