SOAR’s collaboration with Gatesway followed an iterative, cyclical approach embracing the principles of operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. By engaging with Gatesway's management, SOAR identified key performance indicators (KPIs) and gained a deeper understanding of their operational challenges. This understanding was critical for designing the executive dashboard tailored to the organization’s needs.

With the insights gained from our initial discussions, SOAR designed charts and graphs which informed the dashboard’s creation. The interaction between management and SOAR Partners during this phase resulted in a cycle of feedback and continuous improvement, refining the dashboard’s capabilities.

SOAR moved forward with a process that was fundamentally cyclical, meaning it continuously evolved and adapted. The availability of detailed, reliable financial data from Gatesway's accounting systems made the implementation efficient and productive. We developed tools and processes that streamlined the creation and analysis of these visual metrics at a sustainable cost.

Impact

‍The executive dashboard facilitated a marked decrease in the time required by management and the board to analyze financial statements, enabling them to focus attention on strategic decision-making. By being able to quickly assess the key metrics that most strongly affect the organization’s health and easily pull real-time data on these metrics, board members now enjoy greater confidence in their decisions, knowing they can easily keep track of the trends produced by decisions made.
